Elaman Rentals provides landlord and tenant workflow tools for property operations, billing records, notices, maintenance, and data exports.

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of property, tenancy, payment, and tax information entered into the service. The app is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Account closure starts a 30-day grace period. During that period account owners can restore access or export their data before scheduled purge.

We may suspend writes for expired trials, unpaid subscriptions, abuse, security risk, or unlawful use while preserving access to existing records where practical.
