Privacy Policy

We store organization, team, property, tenant, lease, billing, maintenance, notice, and audit records needed to operate the service.

Landlord authentication is handled by Clerk. Tenant sign-in uses one-time passcodes over email or SMS. Billing is handled by Stripe.

Organization data is isolated with application checks and Postgres row-level security. Export archives are time-limited and account closure purges data after the grace period.

Operational telemetry may include organization identifiers and hashed user identifiers so errors can be diagnosed without exposing unnecessary personal data.
